Zoning Board of Appeals
Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, March 20, 2013, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following cases will be heard:
Case #1957
Orleans Marketplace LLC has applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Sections 164-13 and 164-38, to expand an existing restaurant to exceed 2,500 square feet of gross floor area. The property is located at 130 Route 6A, Unit B-2(B), Orleans Map #33, Parcel #57.
Case #1958
134 Namequoit LLC has applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-21A (Note 5) to remove two dwellings and a barn and construct two new dwellings. Current and proposed building coverage exceeds 4,000 square feet. The property is located at 134 Namequoit Road, Orleans Map #70, Parcel #13.
In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the February 6, 2013 meeting.
